2 fake kabiraj arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two fake kabiraj (herbal practitioner) on Friday for blackmailing a female patient in Sirajganj.

The arrestees, Jakaria Ansari, 45, of Muktergati village, Apel Mahamud, 30, of Soyadhangara village in Sirajganj Sadar upazila, were sent to jail through a court yesterday.

A team of Rab-12 in Sirajganj raided a private clinic in the town and arrested the duo from there, says a Rab press release.

The arrestees doped the female patients in name of herbal treatment and took their nude photos to blackmail them.
