The Hague book fair starts Friday
A four-day book fair titled “The Hague Freedom Book Fair 2017” will kick off on Friday at the Nutshuis, The Hague, with participation of publishers from different countries including Bangladesh.
The fair is a continuation of a similar one held in February 2016 in The Hague in memory of slain blogger Avijit Roy and other Bangladeshi writers and free thinkers who got killed in 2015, The Hague Peace Projects, one of the organisers of the fair, wrote on its website.
At least four publishers from Bangladesh including Shrabon Prokashani will participate in the fair, Robin Ahsan, owner of the Prokashani, said.
