Obituary

Sufia Begum, a retired associate professor of Govt Teachers' Training College, Dhaka, died of renal disease and cardiorespiratory failure at Samorita Hospital on early Friday at the age of 77.

She left behind a son and a daughter. Sufia, wife of late Golam Akbar who was a retired deputy secretary, was buried in Banani graveyard after the Juma prayers on the day.
