Woman dies from electrocution

A woman died after being electrocuted in Boalkhali upazila of Chattogram early yesterday.

The deceased was identified as Sristi Dey, 25, wife of Sujit Dey, said police.

Sristi suffered an electric shock and fell unconscious as she touched a switchboard in her home.

She was rushed to CMCH where doctors declared her dead, said ASI Alauddin Talukder of CMCH police outpost.
