Promote 'eco-village'

Experts at a knowledge-sharing workshop have demanded government policy and cooperation to promote the “eco-village” concept to achieve the sustainable development goals.

They opined that government should adopt the eco-village development as one of their core strategies of low carbon development and ensure the long-term socio-economic development.

The workshop “Evidence-based Advocacy for Low Carbon, Pro-Poor Sustainable Eco-Village Development” was held at COAST Trust conference room in Dhaka Saturday.
