One held for offering fake JSC questions

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) yesterday detained a youth for his alleged involvement in accumulating money by offering to sell fake question papers of the ongoing Junior School Certificate (JSC) examination.

Acting on a tip-off, a Rab-8 team detained Joyanto Mandal, 18, from Nazirpur upazila, officials said.

“He accumulated a huge sum of money by defrauding people on social media and offering to sell fake JSC question papers,” the officials added.
