OCAS gets new body

Ishtiaq Ahmad, Md Ataullah and Md Abu Ibne Sina Yen were elected the president; general secretary and treasurer respectively of the Old Cadet's Association of Sylhet (OCAS) for the 2018-20 session, says a press release.

The executive committee was formed at the annual general meeting of OCAS at Cadet College Club in the capital on Friday.
