GUB launches journalism dept

Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) has launched a department of journalism and media communication.

DU Professor Sakhawat Ali Khan inaugurated the department at a programme on the campus last week.

GUB Vice Chancellor Prof Golam Samdani Fakir presided over the programme, says a press release.

Pro-VC Dr Muhammad Fayyaz Khan and Prof Golam Ahmed Faruqui, dean of business studies, were present, among others.
