Natore road crash kills cop

An on-duty police constable died when a Sirajganj-bound mini truck hit him when he was crossing Bonpara-Hatiqumrul highway at Manikpur in Baraigram upazila yesterday afternoon.

Altaf Hossain, 50, of Sathia upazila of Pabna, was serving in Bongapa highway police station in Natore.

Police are trying to catch the truck.
