Man found dead in Sylhet house

A man was found dead at his house in Sylhet city's Bagbari area yesterday.

Police recovered the hanging body of Nur Islam, 45, who was from Comilla. He lived in a rented house in Sylhet.

Landlord Hridoy Ahmed said Nur Islam had been living there with his second wife and a child. But the wife left the house after Eid following an altercation with her husband.

Kotwali police said reason behind the death can be known after an autopsy.
