List of missing persons may be revised again
Rapid Action Battalion Director General Benazir Ahmed yesterday said the list of 68 missing persons which the force disclosed before the media on Monday may be revised further.
Some persons may return to their families while new names of missing persons may be included, he said.
The Rab chief was briefing reporters at the capital's Gulshan-2 while inaugurating an anti-militancy campaign against the backdrop of Holey Artisan Bakery deadly attack.
As part of the initiative, Rab will distribute leaflets and posters among people across the country to make them aware of terrorism.
Rab disclosed a list of 261 missing persons last week.
As many of them was later found to be in contact with their families, it made a new list of 68 persons on Monday.
