Decision on charge framing in war crimes case on Jan 31

The International Crimes Tribunal-1 yesterday fixed January 31 next year to decide whether it will frame charges against a former Pakistani army man who allegedly committed crimes during the Liberation War in 1971.

On October 30, the prosecution pressed three charges against the accused -- Muhamed Shahidullah, also known as Capt Shahidullah, from Daudkandi upazila in Comilla.
