Charges against them include being “involved with Razakar Bahini” and “committing mass killings, murders, abduction, looting and arson” in Narail.
After the prosecution submitted the charges along with documents to the International Crimes Tribunal-1, the tribunal fixed December 26 when it will decide whether to accept the charges or not, Prosecutor Rezia Sultana Chaman said.
Among the accused, Abdul Wahab, 80, Omar Ali Sheikh, 64, Gulzar Khan, 75, Mohammad Daud Sheikh, 67, and Mohammad Badruddoza alias Badiuzzaman, 75, are now in jail while Khandakar Shawkat Ali Babul, 68, is yet to be arrested.
