Aiming to turn the city green and beautiful, the authority of Chittagong City Corporation in association with Tolottama Chattagram, a private organisation, will launch a rooftop gardening programme tomorrow.

The programme will begin through gardening on the rooftop of Bangladesh Women's Association Girls School and College in the city, informed CCC Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin yesterday at a press conference at the Nagor Bhaban.

Initially 100 schools and colleges and about 50 houses will be brought under this project and all the logistics support and training will be provided by the CCC, he added.
