9th wage board for journos starts functioning

The newly formed 9th wage board for journalists started functioning with its Chairman Justice Md Nizamul Haque holding separate meetings with Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu and the ministry's State Minister Tarana Halim yesterday.

Justice Nizamul first called on Information Minister Inu at the latter's office at the secretariat and discussed various aspects of the 9th wage board.

The wage board chairman's meeting with State Minister for Information Tarana Halim was held at her office at the ministry.
