20 Shibir men detained in Ctg

Police detained 20 local leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir in Teribazar area of Chittagong city yesterday morning on charge of planning subversive activities.

On a tip-off that some Shibir activists gathered in the area to plan subversive activities centering the Victory Day, Kotwali police launched the drive around 10:30am.

The detainees were taken to the police station for interrogation.
