2 held with 85,000 Yaba pills in Ctg

Detectives of Chittagong Metropolitan Police arrested two youths with 85,000 Yaba pills, worth around Tk 2.5 crore, in Mansurabad area of the city yesterday.

The arrestees -- Ehsan alias Nurul Alam, 22, and Rahmat Ullah, 20 -- hail from Teknaf’s Sabrong, said police.

Tipped-off, police conducted a drive in front of Shyamoli bus counter in the area around 6:00am and made the arrest. The two were heading for the capital.

A case was filed with Akbar Shah Police Station.
