SSL Wireless has been awarded the PSO license by Bangladesh Bank under the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulation 2014 (BPSSR-2014). This license has been awarded to SSL Wireless after going through the regulator's rigorous evaluation process for the payment gateway services operated under the brand name SSLCOMMERZ. It has been operating in Bangladesh by partnering with different banks that play the vital role of acquisition of a transaction and settling the funds with merchants. Since then SSL Wireless has been leading the e-commerce sector for developing the market. For the last 6 years, SSL Wireless has been continuously working with Bangladesh Bank, BASIS, E-commerce Alliance, e-CAB and Visa to increase awareness of E-commerce services in Bangladesh. Getting awarded the PSO license from Bangladesh Bank is another milestone for SSL Wireless through which SSL will be able to introduce and offer more innovative payment services to the customers and merchants of E-commerce in future.
