Radisson Blu Chittagong gets new MD

Retired brigadier general of Bangladesh Army AKM Akhtaruzzaman has recently been appointed as managing director of Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View.

He completed a military career for 33 years, attaining a blend of command, staff and instructional experience, including in Bangladesh's permanent mission to the United Nations, the hotel yesterday said in a statement.

He achieved an MBA from Royal University of Dhaka and a Master's in Defence Studies from National University, Bangladesh.
