Pidilite to set up second plant in Bangladesh

Pidilite Speciality Chemicals will set up its second manufacturing plant in Mymensingh, which will be operational from early 2019.

Pidilite recently introduced advance grade of wood glues Fevicol 1K PUR and Fevicol Marine along with waterproofing solutions Dr. Fixit in Bangladesh, said the company in a statement.

At a press conference during a recent visiting, Bharat Puri, managing director, Pidilite Industries Limited, said, “We are in a journey to make Pidilite in Bangladesh a world class organisation, committed to quality and innovation.”

“PSCBL started exporting to other Saarc markets such as Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan. All the locally manufactured products are 100 percent compliant and adhere to global standards,” says the statement.
