2 Star journos win best reporting awards of CRAB

Two journalists of The Daily Star got Best Reporting Award 2020 announced by Bangladesh Crime Reporters Association (CRAB) yesterday.

They were awarded in different categories.

Mohammad Jamil Khan for best investigative report (print/online) on narcotics and Rafiul Islam for best report (print/online) on human rights.

Eight journalists got the award in as many categories. Every awardee will be given Tk 30,000.

The other awardees are: Aynal Hossain of Sharebiz for best investigative report (print/online), Sajjad Parvez and Imtiaz Momin Sony of Jamuna Television for best investigative report (television/radio), Sajjad Parvez of Jamuna Television for best investigative report on narcotics (TV/radio), Samir Kumar Dey of Ittefaq for best report on women and children repression (print/online), Nadia Sharmeen of Ekattor TV for best report on women and children repression (television/radio) and Shafiq Shaheen of NTV for best report on human rights (television/ radio).
