Adity's captivating performance at IGCC
As black clouds eclipsed the sky and rain poured in, prominent singer Adity Mohson performed “Aji Bijon Ghore Nisitho Ratey”, “Amare Tumi Oshesh Korechho, Kotha Hotey Bajey Prem Bedonare”, “Dibosho Rojoni” and many more, to a receptive audience at the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre. The musical evening was held on May 15.
Adity Mohsin received initial training in music at the Bulbul Academy of Fine Arts (BAFA). In 1992, she pursued her music training at the Visva Bharati University in Shantiniketan on ICCR scholarship. There, she trained under legendary exponents of Rabindra Sangeet like Kanika Bandopadhyay, Nilima Sen, Swastika Mukherkee and Mohan Singh.
Bengal Foundation has released four solo albums of Adity in Bangladesh and HMV and Sa Re Ga Ma in India have released three of her solo albums.
