DD gallery re-launches with group exhibition

The DD gallery re-launched in the capital recently, with a group exhibition featuring 23 top artists from Bangladesh. The artists are participating in the group exhibition and graciously contributing part of the proceeds to the cause of the Rohingya refugees, says a press release.
For art connoisseurs, it is a treat to see so many diversified and versatile artists exhibiting their unique creations in one show.
DD Gallery held nine exhibitions in one year during the period of 1999 to 2000, including exhibitions of Syed Jahangir, Shahabuddin Ahmed, Abdus Shakoor, Jamal Ahmed, Kuhu and others. The gallery is back after 17 years with a vision to contribute further in the vibrant art arena.
Thomas Prinz, Ambassador of Germany, artist RafiqunNabi and Anis A Khan, Managing Director and CEO of MTB inaugurated the exhibition.
The Gallery also has set up a virtual gallery www.ddgallery.bd.com with a full e-commerce option so that the buyers can see the exhibition from anywhere and can buy online.
