Pubali Bank re-elects top brass

Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder and Habibur Rahman have recently been re-elected as chairman and vice-chairman of Pubali Bank, the bank said in a statement yesterday. The election took place at its board meeting held after its annual general meeting on Saturday, according to the statement. Mazumder is a member of parliament who set up Hafiz Mazumder Education Trust to assist education institutes in Sylhet region. Rahman is a sponsor director of Green Delta Insurance, Delta Hospital and Delta Medical Centre.
