All madrasas must observe 'Genocide Day' today

Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board directed all madrasas to observe the “Genocide Day” today and Independence Day tomorrow in their premises.

To mark these occasions, madrasa authorities have planned many activities including hoisting national flag, arranging discussion and special prayers for the martyrs.

The instructions signed by the board chairman Prof AKM Saif Ullah was published on the website on Tuesday. A letter has also been sent to all the madrasas in this regard.

Besides, every institution under the board has been directed to hoist the national flag during the sun rising on March 26.

All the students of Madrasas from different divisions, districts and upazila will participate in the parade, congregation and sport events.
