Story
Still in the Dark
It has been more than a year since the Kansat fiasco and seemingly we have learned nothing from it. Twenty people lost their lives and over what one may ask? The root of the problem was quite simple, all the poor villagers of Kansat wanted was an uninterrupted supply of electricity. Their lives and livelihoods depended on it, what they got in return was only two hours of electricity a day and absolutely no response from the government. After suffering long enough, they took to the streets in protest only to be silenced by gunfire.
