asked why the university issued advertisements for admission even though it does not have approval for BSc (Honours) in Biomedical Engineering and BSc (Honours) in Medical Physics. According to the University Grants Commission, Gono Bishwabidyalay has been conducting various courses in a number of subjects without approval.

“For a sweater sold at SEK (Swedish Krona) 150, the government of Sweden earns 25 per cent (i.e., SEK 37) as value added tax (VAT). The Bangladeshi garment supplier sells the item at a price of SEK 35…while the Bangladeshi worker does not earn even half of one SEK.”
