If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

In contributing to Daily Star you agree to grant us a royalty-free licence to publish your photos in online and print editions of The Daily Star and display in especial photo exhibitions.

It's important to note that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to The Daily Star. We will publish your names alongside your photos if those are selected. The Daily Star cannot guarantee that all pictures will be used and reserves the right to edit your descriptions.

We will post your bio with your profile photos if you win any prize.

At no time should you endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws.

You must not submit anyone else's photos and violate any copyright rules. Legal action will be taken if anyone violates the rules. By the way, copyright of your photos sent for this competition remains with you.
