of a nation or destroy Lucky Jack and his crew. The film

O' Brian's legendary "Aubrey/Maturin" series of
high seas novels about the British navy during the Napoleonic
Wars.

Distributor: Warner Bros.
Cast:
Brendan Fraser, Jenna Elfman, Steve Martin, Billy West,
Heather Locklear (and more)
Set
in a live-action world in which Warner Bros.' animated entertainers
interact with human characters for maximum comic effect,
the story unfolds on the Studio back-lot and careens all
over the map in classic Looney Tunes style. Our celluloid
heroes embark on an adventure that takes them from Hollywood
to Las Vegas, Paris and the jungles of Africa in search
of Fraser's character's missing father and the mythical
Blue Monkey Diamond.
“It's
not that hard to love this movie since Joe Dante, the director
also loves Looney Tunes and it shows, because this movie
is like a "Best Of" gag guide. It has all the
classic elements of any Looney Tunes cartoon. Not to mention
it is chock full of almost every Looney Tunes character
ever seen. In the end this film is something that should
delight Looney Tunes fans young and old, so long as they
don't take it too seriously, because the film didn't take
itself that seriously and that's a good thing.” - -
