Two arrested in US over links to IS

US authorities said two people with ties to the Islamic State group were due in court yesterday in California and Texas, including a refugee from Syria accused of returning there to fight alongside IS. The arrests come amid heightened security in the United States following last month's assault by a radicalised Muslim couple in California that left 14 people dead.
