Iranian elite force's general killed in Syria

A high-ranking member of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), General Mohsen Ghajarian, and six Iranian Basij militia volunteers have been killed in fighting in Syria's Aleppo. Iran says it has military advisers and volunteers in Syria but denies having conventional armed forces in Syria.
