US official Keshap in Dhaka

Atul Keshap

US Deputy Assistant Secretary for South Asia Atul Keshap arrived in Dhaka today on a four-day visit.

During his visit, Keshap will meet national leadership for discussing regional matters and bilateral relations between Bangladesh and the US.

He will also meet with civil society leaders and private sector representatives to discuss a wide range of issues including labour, development, governance and trade. 

Prior to his current assignment, he was the US senior official for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
