US embassy wants direct application for visas

The United States Embassy in Dhaka yesterday advised the visa applicants in Bangladesh not to go for brokers but to apply directly to the embassy.
The use of fraudulent documents from a dishonest broker may result not only in a visa refusal, but may also lead to an applicant's arrest, said an embassy press release.
