Vegetable trader found dead in Dinajpur

The slit-throat body of a vegetable trader was found near his home in Dinajpur early today.

The deceased was identified as Habibur Rahman, 43, a resident of ward 7 under the municipality.

According to family members, Habibur left home around midnight as per his regular routine, but his body was found outside the house the next morning.

Subrata Kumar Sarkar, officer-in-charge of Birampur Police Station, said the body has been sent to M Abdur Rahim Medical College for an autopsy. They are investigating into the incident.
