NSU, Uttaran sign MoU

North South University and Uttaran (IDRC Project) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today, said a press release.

This strategic partnership holds the promise of mutual growth through joint research endeavours, collaborative publications, internships, training opportunities, and the mobilisation of research resources.

The agreement was formalised by the Office of External Affairs of NSU. NSU Vice-Chancellor Prof Atiqul Islam, its deans, various department heads, and office directors were present on the occasion.

Representatives from Uttaran (IDRC Project) also attended the event which was led by Dr Katherine Li, the director of NSU's Office of External Affairs.

Prof Md Jakariya, chair of the Department of Environmental Science and Management at NSU, delivered welcome speech.
