Thai fishing trawler seized in Ctg
Eight crew also held for illegal intrusion
Bangladesh Coast Guard (east zone) seized a foreign fishing trawler, FV Namnavee, and arrested eight crew from S Alam Jetty near Bridge Ghat area of the Karnaphuli River in Chittagong on Thursday night.
The crews, five from Thailand and three from Myanmar, were arrested for illegal intrusion in the Bangladesh water boundary, said a press release.
