Moonstruck people watch partial lunar eclipse tonight

A partial lunar eclipse is taking place. The eclipse began at 9:48pm and will end at 2:52am, Md Aftab, meteorologist of Bangladesh Meteorological Department in Dhaka, told The Daily Star Online.
