CM Gogoi asks Modi not to exclude Assam from India-Bangladesh LBA

With reports emanating from New Delhi that the BJP-government is keen to exclude Assam from implementation of LBA with Bangladesh, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi requests Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to take such a decision.
