How has your journey been as a model and an influencer?

In 2013, I started using my social media platforms to highlight my love for fashion. I got positive responses from the masses. As my videos and live sessions were mostly focused on raising social awareness, I started being approached by brands for modelling. My first shoot was for Sunsilk under Unilever and after that, there has been no looking back for me.

Tell us a bit about your experience working with leading brands.

I have participated in numerous campaigns for beauty products, shopping platforms, OTT platforms, smartphone companies and clothing brands. I am the founder of the Facebook group TikTok Bangladesh. While the brands used YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram for digital marketing, I went one step further to introduce similar commercial campaigns on Tik Tok. As a Tik Tok influencer, I have also been supporting music creators. I personally have been working closely with Dhruba Music Station, Qinetic Music, and many other such audio companies which has led to a positive outcome for them, as using their music in my videos helped them to reach a wider audience.

What else are you working on alongside modelling?

I am one of the founding members of KEB Youth Club, a non-profit organisation that works to provide a better life for the underprivileged. Alongside modelling and social work, I have also started travel vlogging on my YouTube channel to keep my audience updated on various ways to travel safely on an affordable budget.

What are your upcoming plans?

Being a student of textile and fashion, I look forward to opening my signature clothing line someday. I also wish to own a restaurant. I want to work towards making the profession of social media influencing as promising as being a model is in Bangladesh.
