Bangladesh men's team qualified for the third round of the 22nd Asian Table Tennis Championship in Thailand yesterday, said a press release from the Bangladesh Table Tennis Federation.

According to the release, Bangladesh had lost against Malaysia and Mongolia in the preliminary rounds before going on to beat Myanmar and Oman to move into the third round.

The Bangladesh team, featuring Manash, Javed, Parag and Shahed, were scheduled to play against Philippines last night.
