Bangladesh suffered their second consecutive defeat when they lost 2-4 to a strong Belarus.

However, WFM Nazrana Khan Eva, WCM Samiha Sharmin Shimmi and CM Tahsin Tajwar Zia lost their respective boards.

In the third round, Bangladesh extended their losing streak to three by losing 2.5-3.5 to Belgium, who qualified from Division-3.
