Additional police deployed in Ctg over Brazil-Argentina match

Additional police forces have been deployed at key points in Chattogram city to tackle any untoward situation over Copa America final between Argentina and Brazil.

Confirming deployment of police, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Arafatul Islam of CMP told The Daily Star, "Extra police forces are being deployed from tonight in different areas to avoid any kind of untoward situation before and after the game."

"Besides, police personnel are also patrolling the city to prevent any incident which threatens public property and lives," said the ADC.
