“I know there are a lot of rumours going around but I'm very happy in Munich. I want to do everything in my power to win the Champions League with Bayern Munich. That’s my dream because I’m very happy here,”said James.
“When you look back at my first year at Bayern I’m very satisfied. This year I want to win more titles and help the team even more,” the Colombian added.
“We have an incredible squad and one which means everything is possible,” James concluded.
James is a favourite of Bayern president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and everything suggests that they will take up their option to buy the midfielder at the end of his two-year loan.
He’s also been given a huge vote of confidence by the new Bayern coach, Niko Kovac.
“He’s a player that has grown a lot. I’m very happy for him and I believe he’ll make us all happy with his displays,” Kovac said about James.
