With no series against England in the upcoming Future Tour Programme (FTP) Bangladesh ODI skipper Tamim Iqbal said that the just concluded three match ODI series was perhaps his last in the English soil.

Bangladesh clinched the three match series 2-0 followed by the brilliant five runs win over Ireland in the third game on Sunday.

The Tigers defended the total for 274 runs courtesy of some brilliant bowling by Mustafizur Rahman and young Hasan Mahmud who defended nine runs in the final over of the game.

"The crowd support here has always been special. I am not sure whether I will play in England again especially international cricket as we don't tour particularly against England. And we don't have schedule in the next three-four years so probably this was my last game in England and I really enjoyed it," Tamim told the media during the post match press conference on Sunday.

The left hander who was struggling to score big in the recent times did manage to score a fifty in the third ODI after seven games where his 82 ball 69 run knock helped Bangladesh to post 274 after being sent to bat.

Tamim has a fine record in England where the left hander scored 680 runs in 18 ODIs at an average of 37.77 striking four fifties and a hundred. He had scored two centuries in England in the longest format of the game where Tamim's famous hundred at Lord's in 2010  is still rated as one of the finest innings by a Bangladeshi in England.
