Tigresses name squad for Pakistan T20Is

Bangladesh have called up Murshida Khatun while leaving out the experienced Fargana Hoque Pinky as the squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Pakistan was named today.

Shorifa Khatun, Nishita Akter Nishi and pacer Fariha Trisna were also called up for the T20I series while Lata Mondol and Dishwa Biswas, were excluded.

Pacer Marufa Akter, who had shone in the home series against India and subsequently played the Asian Games for Bangladesh, retained her place along with batter Shorna Akter.

Skipper Nigar Sultana Joty would lead the side while Nahida Akter will be her deputy in the Pakistan series.

The matches will be played on October 25, 27 and 29th respectively at Chattogram's Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. All the fixtures will be day-night events.
