Mahmudullah finds positives in batting
Bangladesh skipper Mahmudullah Riyad said that his team can take some positives from the batting effort in the second T20I against New Zealand and come back strong in the last match of the series on Thursday.
Bangladesh have lost all five of their matches in NZ -- 3-0 in ODIs and 2-0 so far in T20s -- after losing by 28 runs in the second match.
However, the veteran thinks they can take positives from the batting effort.
"As a batting unit we can take some positives in this game and come back strong," Mahmudullah said after his side scored 142 for seven chasing 171.
"First five overs we were on track but we didn't finish well enough. Naim and Soumya batted really well. We didn't capitalise on the balls we missed. There are some chances that we need to capitalise and we might get a win," added Mahmudullah.
