Kishan rampaging at ZACS after hitting maiden ODI hundred
Opener Ishan Kishan scored his first ODI century at a blistering pace as India are running riot at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium (ZACS) Chattogram in their third and final ODI against Bangladesh today.
Kishan, playing only his 10th ODI and his first game of the series which has already been won by Bangladesh 2-0, got to the landmark score with a boundary by sweeping an Afif Hossain delivery in the 24th over. The left-hander, who has hit the ground running since coming on, got to the three-figure mark off just 85 deliveries.
Bangladesh bowlers seem to have no clue how to stop the youngster, especially since he reached his century. The left-hander smashed a total of 18 boundaries and eight maximums so far, reaching 164 off just 109 deliveries.
Kishan also stitched a rapid 210-run second-wicket stand off just 148 deliveries with Virat Kohli, who also brought up his 65th fifty.
India already reached 229 for just one wicket in 29 overs and are looking set to post a mammoth total on the board.
