Athletes top rich list

Forbes magazine has made a list of the highest paid celebrities in the world. While movie starts and singers are littered throughout the list, athletes also make up a large portion of the list, including the top two spots.

Floyd 'Money' Mayweather is on top of the list with 300 million dollars in earnings last year, while Manny Pacquiao takes the second spot with 160 million dollars.

Singer Katy Perry, who also featured on the cover, is third with $135M.

Ballon d'Or holder claims the 10th spot, with rival Lionel Messi three places behind him.

Roger Federer's $67M see him secure the 16th spot, with his competitors Novak Djokovic (42) and Rafael Nadal (76) a long way behind him. Maria Sharapova is the only female tennis player in the list, ranking 88th.

Golfer Phil Mickleson (36) is followed by Tiger Woods, who just edges out Jackie Chan.

Hamilton and Ibrahimovic are tied for 55th, but that tie is outdone by the tie for the 82nd position, where Brazilian phenom Neymar is tied with Indian ODI skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
