TOP GEAR ON THE EDGE
While being one of the most successful British shows ever and crowned the world's Most widely watched factual TV programme in the new Guinness World Record 2013 book, its fate is now hanging by a thread as its lead presenter, Jeremy Clarkson maybe quitting the BBC and in fact Top Gear, following his suspension from the BBC after a recent "fracas" with one of the show's producers. Rumours of his departure started ever since Clarkson wrote a piece in his column on the The Sun newspaper reflecting upon change and moving on. Now nothing is yet official and nowhere in the column did he mention Top Gear, so there is still hope yet. Anyone who's ever seen the hit show Top Gear knows it's not just a car show. It's like a travel program, a chat show featuring many of the top A-Listers of Hollywood, and a comedy show about three badly dressed pedantic middle aged men; while sprinkling cars in the mix for added measure. It's been on for over 10 years now and its one of the biggest money makers of the BBC, bringing in millions and millions of pounds.
