Road crashes kill three

Three people were killed and nine others injured in road accidents in the country yesterday and Saturday.
Our Pabna correspondent reports, a person was killed and five others were injured as a bus of Shyamoli Paribahan hit a human haulier carrying them in Paikpara of Ullapara upazila in Sirajganj yesterday.
The deceased was Rabi Chand, 35, of Ullapara. The injured were admitted to Ullapara Upazila Health Complex.
Our Mymensingh correspondent adds, a factory worker, Abdul Hamid, 34, of Bakulia upazila, was killed as a bus ran him over at Aamtoli in Hobirbari of the upazila on Saturday.
Our Gaibandha correspondent adds, a person was killed and four others were injured when a human haulier skidded off Palashbari-Ghoraghat road at Nuniyagari yesterday.
The deceased was Jafar Ali, 70, of Ghoraghat upazila. The injured were admitted to Palashbari Health Complex.
